1:1 Private Sessions

Your instructor devotes undivided attention to your specific needs and develops a customized program to produce optimum results. Private sessions are ideal for anyone with a pre-existing condition such as back, neck or general joint pain. They are also extremely well suited for athletes & dancers who wish to gain that competitive edge.

For those new to Pilates, Fitness Screening & Postural Assessments may also be conducted in these sessions, to assist in customising exercises to your specific needs and learn to the Pilates principles and techniques and prior to entering group classes..
