1:1 Private Sessions

In these sessions i plan it to your specific needs and develop a customised program to produce optimum results. Private sessions are ideal for anyone with a pre-existing condition such as back, neck or general joint pain. Or, for anyone who may want to build confidence before they enter the gym or a new studio class on their own.

For those new to Pilates, Fitness Screening & Postural Assessments may also be conducted in these sessions, to assist in customising exercises to your specific needs and learn to the Pilates principles and techniques and prior to entering group classes..
