    Full movement screening, strength/endurance metrics, and goal setting.

    Monthly Pilates Plans (complimentary first assessment included):

    • 1x/week – £220/month (4 sessions, save £20)

    2x/week Hybrid Coaching – £460/month

    • 8 in-person sessions/month

    • Full online training plan + gym / home movement support

  • Train from home or your own gym with ongoing expert support, rehab-informed programming, and optional accountability check-ins.

    Core Foundations – £25/month (minimum 6-month commitment)
