This class is suitable for those new to Pilates, it’s the beginning of your journey to mastering the Pilates method.
In mat essentials we prioritise the teaching of Pilates principles using your own body weight as resistance with the help of basic apparatus such as rollers, bands and balls.
Classes are on Tuesday at 6pm at Clinic Equilibrium, 21/23 Hall Road, Bowdon, Cheshire, WA14 3AY.

The small group format facilitates individualised attention, ensuring participants receive tailored guidance to optimise results.

Pilates Circuit Class.

My Circuit Classes are a uniquely exhilarating experience, making them one of our most popular offerings. The classes incorporate a range of equipment such as reformer towers, dumbbells, spine corrector, large exercise balls, and an array of small apparatus.
At Function & Poise we ‘circuit’ as a group and all work with Function & Poise doing the same exercises within our fully equipped studio. In doing so I offer expert guidance and a culture where the class motivates each other to reach new heights.
Classes are on Monday at 13:00 , Thursday at 1030 & 12pm at Sabai Studio, 30 Central Way, Altrincham WA14 1SB
