This class is suitable for those new to Pilates, it’s the beginning of your journey to mastering the Pilates method.
In mat essentials we prioritise the teaching of Pilates principles using your own body weight as resistance with the help of basic apparatus such as rollers, bands and balls.
Classes are on Monday at 6:30pm at Altrincham Baptist Church, WA14 2EW

Pilates Performance.

Pilates Performance is a signature full-body experience that blends the precision of the Pilates reformer, the challenge of progressive resistance training, and the intelligence of the Pilates tower.
This class is designed to strengthen, enhance alignment, and elevate performance through controlled, purposeful movement. Every session is thoughtfully structured to challenge the body while maintaining the fluidity, stability, and grace that defines the Pilates method.
Expect to build deep core strength, refined muscle tone, improved posture, and greater confidence in the way your body moves and feels. The use of resistance, springs, and free weights creates a dynamic training environment that delivers powerful, balanced results without unnecessary impact.
With the class only available for 3 people, this experience offers a boutique level of attention within a refined studio setting. Suitable for all levels, with progressions offered to ensure the work always meets you exactly where you are.
Classes are on Monday at 13:00 , Wednesday at 1030 & 12pm
