Semi-Private Sessions
Group maximum: 3 people
Semi-Private Coaching is ideal for those who value the energy of training with 2 other people, while still receiving the personalised attention of a private experience.
Designed for pairs or small groups, this format allows you to share the depth, precision, and accountability of bespoke coaching, at a considered investment per individual.
1:1 Private Sessions
In these sessions i plan it to your specific needs and develop a customised program to produce optimum results. Private sessions are ideal for anyone with a pre-existing condition such as back, neck or general joint pain. Or, for anyone who may want to build confidence before they enter the gym or a new studio class on their own.
For those new to Pilates, Fitness Screening & Postural Assessments may also be conducted in these sessions, to assist in customising exercises to your specific needs and learn to the Pilates principles and techniques and prior to entering group classes..
