What’s involved?
Join our supportive, women-only fitness classes designed to help you build strength, boost your energy, and feel confident in your body — at every stage of life. The sessions combine the perfect balance of strength training, Pilates, and cardio, focusing not on quick fixes but on sustainable, long-term health.
With small group sizes (just 4 per session), you’ll receive personalised attention at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one personal training. Plus, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded women, creating a motivating and uplifting environment where we grow stronger — together.
Join us on Monday and Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm, or kickstart your weekend with a 7:00 am Saturday morning session.
Location - PTHale Studio, Hale Village.

The aim - to build long lasting strength, education on how you can move the body and build lean muscle (with no burpees!) and most importantly, have a laugh.
