Face to Face Small Group Classes

Mat Pilates (Beginners) Tuesday @ 6pm
Step onto the mat and build a strong foundation with our beginner-friendly Mat Pilates classes. Focusing on core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance, these small group sessions (just 8 people per class) are perfect if you’re new to Pilates or returning to exercise. Through controlled movements and mindful breathing, you’ll strengthen and stabilise your body, helping you move with confidence and ease.

Pilates-Inspired Stretching Tuesday @ 715pm
Looking to release tension and boost flexibility? Our Pilates-inspired stretching classes blend gentle Pilates techniques with deep, mindful stretches. Designed to enhance mobility, ease muscle tightness, and support recovery, these small group sessions (max 8 people) offer a calm, restorative space to reconnect with your body. Ideal for all levels, it’s the perfect way to unwind and feel re-balanced.
